Help: Xenon & RRF

X3AP -

Ok, I know that most people complain about the xenon rampaging throughout their universe and RRF ships being overpowered.

I need the xenon to start rampaging there is nothing for the RRF ships to do except follow me around and steal all the kills.

How do I trigger xenon migration and is there anyway to limit RRF response time (besides giving them distractions aka xenon migration)?

Go and clear on of the Xenon sectors. It will trigger a migration from another Xenon sector to repopulate.
