[REQUEST] Racial Stations

Ok.. well let me start by saying yes, this would be a daunting task if it is at all possible.

I've been playing the game for several years now and there is one thing that has constantly bugged me. I found it in X3 with the introduction of Terrans and their space. They have unique stations, their space by the very models looks different.

I know the game has some method of checking what race that Dragonfly Fab alpha is because it requires Ralstar oil and not Nostrop oil, also in missions they ask for "Split Dragonfly fab" or "Teladi Lastertower fab"

I've looked around on the forums and have not found any mod that would makes the stations look like this. In AP they added unique EQD's which I personally loved. This request is basically for all the stations to get the same love.. because right now the world looks so Argon to me (the vanilla station designs in my mind).


P.S. If its not possible to replace the current stations out in space (potential issue being how to detect what race they are) then this would effect the stations for sale in Shipyards.

X-tended mods version 2.0 will add racialised stations which I also think is a great thing, as it will make sectors more different and less boring
