Question/request - Reverse Engineer gear

So I'm thinking of using some mods on my AP game after I finish up the quests (for Steam Achievement goodness), and one major issue has been picking at me.

Is there a script/mod out there that would allow for the reverse engineering of weapons, ammo and misc whatnot?

I'm mostly looking for a way to make Kyon Emitters and Matter/Anti-Matter warheads to outfit my ragtag bunch of ships. Failing that, is there a way to produce more via factories? This forum makes me pretty intimidated, what with the sheer size and everything :(

No, you cant RE them.

But you can make them if you cheat the blueprints onto the hq, AND you change hq.xml to allow the making of them.

See my hq.hml version, it allows making pretty well everything.
