Are there any other carriers than Valhalla than can accomodate ships bigger than m3s?

yes,but not really what i would call a carrier.

There are some ships in AP that will carry TPs or TSs.

The Goner Osias will carry TSs.

Would small carriers do, things like M7c?

They are not much use in direct combat as carriers, but they do carry fighters.

The Paranid Ariadne and the Boron Guppy.

They can carry a TS or a TP beside the usual fighter class crafts.

The Aran can dock one Large ship (M7, M2, M1, TL) and a number of M6s.

The Valhalla can dock 10 [TP, TS, TM, M6, M8]

The Kyoto can dock 6 of the same ad the Valhalla.

The Ariadne can dock one medium-size ship

The Guppy can dock one medium size ship (if memory serves).

I've occasionally gotten TS to dock with Atmo Lifters, but only OOS and I'm not vanilla, so take it with a grain of salt.
