Who sold Avarice to the Teladi?

Who's bright idea was it to sell Avarice to the Teladi? This has always been the best location for player owned contraband fabs as;

- It has a central location on the map.
- It has entrances to both Argon and Teladi sectors (best buyers of illegal wares).
- It makes a great central location for my hub set-up.

It's a rant I spose, but this has always been a popular sector and none of the new unknown sectors fulfill these criteria!

I miss the sector auction side quest. I was so happy when i made enough money to buy it. In fact i miss the whole BBS system.

Yeah I remember saving up for that, only to have the bid increase, in the end I think I paid like 600 million.

I miss the BBS too. It really made the game feel more alive, and some of them were really funny too,, even the fake lottery.
