Increasing ship production speed at PHQ?

Without changing the relval of the actual ship (and thus the amount of resources it takes to build a ship), is there a way to speed up production times for ships?

Yes, in x3 editor 2 edit HQ.PCK.

<production time="80" money="50" resources="30">
<factor class="ship" value="1" />

Change the production time to whatever you want in there, you can even make it cost less or more % wise. In this file you can even take out components you feel have no place in ship construction(I personally remove the race specific food requirements. Why would my shipyard need to feed the workers different food counting on what ship they make.) When removing any component the value will just be averaged into other things needed more to = the ship value.

Oh btw small caveat that may annoy you. These changes only take effect with a NEW PHQ. Not one you have already built. You may want to use the cheat menu to clone your old one and make a new one(not sure how this will effect blueprints).
