So I started the Scenario Argon Patriot and decided my ship needed a jump drive which I'm assuming you can get in TC so I went to argon Sector M148 and was told to 180 and the the hell out.
And being a Argonian and being told to leave argon controlled space I opted to come here with the question of
WTF?

Simple. M148 is a military sector tied to one of the plots, and until you trigger the plot everything in there is hostile. You can't get jump drives there either, they can only be bought at OTAS HQ, Terracorp HQ, Atreus HQ or the Earth Torus (once you finish the Terran plotline).

If you walk into a military base in real life they would tell you to get out as well. To get access to the sector you have to start Operation Final Fury.

You also need a combat rank that's above 333 (~Veteran 42%) and you need to be at least an Argon Federation Member and a Split Creature.
