Mass Driver Ammo Shortage

There is absolutley no Mass Driver Ammo about the whole place.
Is it just my game or is everyone else having this problem?

Make your own then. ;)

That way you`ll have a guarenteed supply. :D
If you can`t dazzle them with dynamics, then baffle them with bullsh*t :D

Mass Driver ammo is one of the "Top of the Pyramid" products... and as such takes forever to make. What puzzles me is why NPC traders always seem to be stocking up on it, as i've not seen a lot of NPC ships with them equipped :?

To solve the problem, stimulate the local economy, or build your own.

In my experience there is a lot of Mass Driver Ammunition kicking around in the crates you find in stations. I've never had to actually buy any.

A posible solution, but not nessesarily a cost effective one.

Go to the ammunition fac in Argon Prime and check to see what it's short of. Then, start selling those goods to the station. You may make a profit, but you may not either. With a ship parked there, buy every batch before any of the AI ships can.
Skill counts for nothing when an angel pees down the touchhole of your musket.

Aye, that's exactly the same approach I used with the lack of 25mw shields in my game. Kept the factory stocked and keep a ship there purposely to buy them up when made.
