[X3AP] Hyperion Vanguard

Anyway to get this ship if you start as a bankrupt assassin? Part of the fun is starting out so low and trying to build rep with everyone. I know I could find one and cap it but in X3TC there was a non-combat way to obtain one. Is that still an option in AP and starting out as a bankrupt assassin?

If you're talking about the HV you get from the "Poisoned Paranid" start, then no. You've gotta board it.

AFAIK the Poisoned Paranid start is still available in AP. So, yes there is a non-combat way to get one (but only with that start).
