Those megalodons really are massive, VERY impractical!
I also forgot to save after i got back so i lost about 5 hours of PSG production, or around 10 PSGS I want to lay waste to yaki sectors already!

When I stop laughing, I'm sure I'll have something sympathetic to post...Vortexz wrote:AGAIN, OH MY GOD.

Park far out of the ecliptic plane, away from any traffic lanes, before you use SETA for an extended period of time. A couple of M6s on "Protect Me" orders will take care of any Khaak that may spawn. (They like spawning far outside the ecliptic.)Vortexz wrote:But i have an invincible cerberus!Alan Phipps wrote:Err ... try not committing suicide by parking in the truck lane maybe?
I usually do this, 60km behind the gate, the annoying police scans turn off seta.Morkonan wrote:Park far out of the ecliptic plane, away from any traffic lanes, before you use SETA for an extended period of time. This time i was too lazy to fly out in my oddy and figured i would be safe.

I would laugh at you for that StarSword...except for the fact that I've done that too.StarSword wrote:The lesson here is, obey the Law of Gross Tonnage. A Meg can't stop on a dime.
That's a better self-inflicted death than the time I station-bombed myself.

Try 35 Km above or below the loest / highest gate amd you will be safe as they only spawn and travel inbetween 25 km above or below gates.Vortexz wrote:I usually do this, 60km behind the gate, the annoying police scans turn off seta.Morkonan wrote:Park far out of the ecliptic plane, away from any traffic lanes, before you use SETA for an extended period of time. Also 10 hours is nothing compaired to loosing monthsof game play. Try a DiD game ad you'll be crying even more I'll bet.

I always move away (sideways) from the gate before telling a ship to "Jump to Me". I do it even for smaller ships that I call to me, because I know how poorly the game sometimes handle jump gate requests. I've been rear-ended way too many times in X3: Reunion - I think they improved the issue in TC and AP, but it's become a habit at this point (and a good one at that)
