Why no dedicated pirate sectors?

we got xenon sectors and khaak sectors each with a dozen or so heavies
is it to much for a dedicated pirate's nightmare (like me) to ask for a heavy pirate core sector? unless theirs a mod for that not sure. what do you think

p.s i know their are pirate sectors but thats a joke right?

Have you not checked out Gaian Star and the sectors that lead up to it?
