TC/AP Space Flies

Does anyone know where the best sectors are to capture space flies?

I always find them hanging around asteroids, but not often in nebulous sectors. Try Freedom's Reach maybe?

There is no "Best space fly-sector". It must have asteroids in it though and you need some patience as the space flies usually only appear after a while flying around your ship or travelling through the sector.

Aladna Hill always seems to have them in good quantities.. perhaps its just my luck but worth a try :)

Jumping using the UFJD to unknown sectors can yeild spaceflys too. Also don't use SETA if you can help it. As that can kill the swarm as they have a tendancy to crash into ships and rocks even when not on SETA.

I believe looting from privates is much easier and effortless. I usually collect 10 every 5 in-game days by killing pirates.

I had over 100 in a crate I picked up.
Took it to my hub and they sold big time :D
Next crate was less than ten

I've seen them recently in Split Fire, Olmancketslats Treaty and Third Redemption. Just park your ship near some asteroids and stick SETA on for a while.
