[X3AP] Unfocussed Jump Sectors and Abandoned Ships
Since in AP the Abandoned Ships are randomly generated at the start of each game, does any one know if they are also generated in the randomised Unfocussed Jump Sectors?
Also does anyone have the complete list of abandoned claimable ships that might show up?

I've come across two different Engine Tunings and one Rudder Optimization in UFJD sectors, though they're so far away you'd need to use the ej.findwares script to locate them. Also, given how long I've searched the spawnrate is probably between 0.5% and 3%TTD wrote:

It is about 1% for engine tunings and 2% for rudder optimization. Other than that, only Aran is in AP. So far for Normal Sectors I've seen,

No its not possible to find any random ships in UFJD sectors. The only ship you can find is the Aran. The Aran also has a flag on it. So once you get one, another cant be spawn.
The tuning crates can spawn, but the chances were v.low and you have to search between 100-200km from the middle. Rudder crates even have the 'hidden' tag meaning you cant even see them without deploying a sat.
I did make a mod to improve UFJD areas: Roguey's UFJD Mod. I did submit the idea for v3.0 but the guys ejected it unfortunately. I too feel that UFJD areas could of been used better, atm they are a bit of a waste of time.
