To see ware prices when out of sector...

Do you still need a Nav Sat in the sector you want to see the ware prices at or can one of the command software upgrades allow you to do so?

You need 2 things either a satallite (cheapest) or any piece of owned property in the sector in question, second your ship you are in must have the trading system extension.
Talk is cheap simply because supply exceeds demand.

you need at least a nav sat in the sector and trading extension. this will allow you to see the prices in other sectors. to do one better, get best buy and best sell price software. target the nav sat, select advanced then select best buy/best sell. this way you can know the best places without having to look at each factory.
