PHQ Production stalled

Greetings

I've just acquired my personal HQ. I've reverse engineered several ships, but when i try to mass produce, at the bottom of the resource list 99% and the one missing is listed as cash upgrade 1. I have nearly 2 billion in cash, but production will not start. Can you help? [spoiler][/spoiler]

Have you transferred the money to your PHQ?

Thank you for replying. The PHQ has 30,000,000 credits in its account. Could it be a system glitch? I was able to build one Mercury and one Vidar before Production locked up. I've looked and looked, but there's no mission to complete, no task to select. There's a resource bar for all the required materials except credits. Suggestions would be appreciated.

Are any of your production queue Kha'ak (as you need some Nividium for them)?

30M credits is not that much if you have M1/M2 in your queue.

Thanks for responding. I found a good source of Nividium, and have 14000 units in storage. According to the Production qeue, that's plenty. Its says 99% of required resources available. The only missing one is credits, even though I have 30 million in the PHQ account the qeue says Upgrade, and that's it. Am I missing something? Thanks for the help.

Right now I'm just trying to build Vidars. I've reverse engineered a Cerberus and a Minotaur, but they're not in my production queue.
