How to train Marine/Military personnel

Can anyone tell me how to train Military/Marine personnel I have been to a number of training station and still can't train any of the personnel i have of find.

Any help would be great!

Go to the equipment dock in Argon Prime, and try there.

Make sure your marines are first on a ship that can carry them i.e. TP, then take them to a Military Outpost and go under the ships trade menu select the marine and what skill you want to train them in.

Thanks for the help, I guess the have to be Marines/Military personnel first before you can train them.
I have people that I have captured and was thinking i could turn them into Marines.

Sadly, no, you cannot, as Squiddy McSquid discovered to his dismay. He did it "in-story" but did it by simply selling them as slaves and buying the least-trained marines he could find. I understand there's few mods that accomplish this, however.
