X:3 Reunion Bala Gi and Split relations.

Now that I've gotten the M3+ and the M7 in the Bala Gi missions. The last missions to do are the ones involving the headquarters. Because these last few missions have nothing to do with the Split, could I safely lower my notoriety with them without damaging the Bala Gi missions?

Buildling or repairing ships requires many wares, including Rastar Oil, usually found in Split space.
