A good amount of this might be spoilers, and I don't know how much of it, so I'm just going to warn people that this is pretty far down an advanced plot line.

I recieved a headquarters from the teladi company that I worked with after finishing the albion stuff, and now I've recieved another one from the corporation troubles plot. What's the difference, if any, between the two? Note that I haven't placed either one yet.

The PHQ allows you to reverse engineer / repair / build ships, but the CHQ is basically only an equipment dock (I've never deployed that one myself, yet).

does it have any advantages over an equipment dock? Extra docking space, storage space, etc?

more space for docking non-capitals.
perhaps more space for wares...not sure.

Have not checked specs of late.
of greater use when modded,but still useful in vanilla
