So I have only played x2 to x3ap and I was wondering about the plots in the first game so I went on argonpedia to find out but there's so little information, most of the pages ether don't exist or need more info adding.

So I was wondering if you guys want to contribute, I will be too

iirc captain jameson,no longer on the forums,had his own walkthroughs of BTF/Xtension.
Try a google search for X Beyond the Frontier,walkthroughs,or something similar.
I used to have a direct link,but lost it when my HDD crashed.

what happened to the old argonopedia? It looked like it could have been open in a window in the game and had a lot of information from what i remember but then it disappeared something about the new games. Maybe thats what ^^^^ he's refering to.

Argonopedia was never an in-game thing, no--it's always been a website, it just changed from being one person's work to being a wiki.

but did the guy delete the old stuff, was there some copyright action or internal developer drama, more likely domain name buy out or scuffle? all that content isn't on the wiki and not even rougey's is as visual pleasing and comprehenive as the old one which doesn't seem to exist anymore.

iirc,the person that set it up became ill and other RL took over.
He had tried to add to it,because of request from myself and others..

Sadly I am no longer in contact,so I do not know much more than you know already.
