AP: Complex construction kit cant dock a TL?

I just planted one and...it cant dock my TL!

I thought I used to be able to, or was that only with a script or a specific complex construction kit sold else where in vanilla?

The vanilla complex hub only has 20 external docking ports. Go to the S&M forum and you'll find two mods that replace the hub, both of which add capital docking ports.
