Ever since the old Argonopedia was shut down I've been looking for a site with some info like they had, but no luck.
Anyone know if there is such a site any more?

My memory is really crappy so I can't remember what each item does, and would love to have an overview of this.

I do not know if it contains the info you are looking for, but Roguey has a nice series of sites for the various games.
