Problem finding Mr Thomus in Ore Belt. X3 Reunion

I am on a mission, have to finf Mr Thomus, in Ore Belt, but can not find him, anybody nows how to find him?

I seem to recall his ship is in the corner and you have to comm him. Check one of the online walkthroughs if you get stuck. (I assume you did the race course already)
