Quick reference for CLS1/2/CAG?

Is there a quick reference sheet anywhere with concise explanations on what each command does in CLS? I read Trapper Tim's fantastic guide on general CLS2 theory, but I get confused about what the Supply Conditions actually mean, as well as what "up to" means. Sometimes it means fill the Ship up to a certain point, sometimes it means fill the Station up to a certain point, it's really confusing!

Any help is appreciated.

I tend to just use the readme that comes with them.

"Up to" refers to the target of the operation. So if you are loading, it refers to the inventory of the cls2 ship.

If you are unloading it refers to the inventory of the ship or station you are unloading on to.

I do not know of a better reference than the readme.txt
