Argon have Photon cannon
Yaki & pirate have Incendiary launcher
Boron have Ion cannon
Paranid have Phase shockwave cannon
Terran have Singularity Point cannon
Split :? :? :?

Ion Shard Railgun.

Some of those weapons are not race-specific though.

sorry about the misleading question
but i was referring to giant massive damage weapons
the ISR is only a medium weapon :(

Only PSGs and PSPs are (mostly) race-specific, as far as I remember. Lots of different race ships can mount the other guns.

When it comes to production, be it NPC forges or selling the forges themselves it's right tho.
Well kind of.
Nearly all the races produce PPCs. Argon, Boron, Split and Paranid and hence sourcing them is usually relatively easy.
Vim Razz was bang on about the PBE and ISR being pretty much the only things that only the Split produce. However they do make their "own" PPC.
Others worth mentioning would be FAA being made by Teladi only and CFA being made by Argon only.

Split are the Kogan of Mass Effect.

They stole their technology and are always itching for a fight. They care little about shields, preferring to put all extra Power into the Weapon Generator and/or Speed.
