I see someone already playing this (Germany) and getting achievements on Steam, is it released, my steam copy is pre-load only?

Maybe he's a beta tester ;-) So some guys can earn the achivements already

No, it is not released, and yes the achievements are the testers.

Now since there's already a thread on this in the X Rebirth forum, this one can drop down. :)
