GMT and UTC are the same. Neither involves daylight savings.

Steam store has adjusted the release time. It now says 10 hours, which means 13:00 (1pm) gmt+1 for me :-D

Yes you will still have to download the 1.5GB's that everyone will have to as that was an update and is files that are not included on the disk. so if you have the disk you can save yourself having to download the first 4.4GB, which will be helpful to some people, hence me putting that link on how to do it up.

I have a few questions about steam. My game was changed to X Rebirth RU + CIS. Will I be able to switch to english ?

Having bought the german box myself but preferring to play in english, I'll second this question.

Though, past experience is that you can switch the language to english, let's hope they keep that up.

Try the Steam settings of the game, there might be a language option there that can set your game to English, many other games have that as well ;)

It's there now, but there were a few games where they changed to russian only after some time. So i'm asking it here.

Just to clarify, there is no relationship between either localised boxed versions or Steam activation restrictions, and X Rebirth language availability within Steam. All languages are available to everyone in Steam.
