TC 3.2 recall marines in training?

TC 3.2: Is there anyway to recall marines in training or is that only in AP?

Think I’ve made a big mistake, 20 marines 4* sent for training, 10hrs later they’re sitting on ~ 10%. Can’t see a way of solving this apart from overnight SETA…

AFAIK the recall function is an AP feature.
it'll take a while indeed, but you can always buy more marines.
prolly not as great as the ones you have in training, but still.
