Looking at the Global Achievements screen on Steam and it's suggesting that people are already racking them up.

I've seen those achievement stats too, but there are no cracked copies out there yet, so I presume those were either the devs and/or testers and reviewers. Kinda sad, since I still haven't received my review copy yet, and I kinda wanna submit my review as soon as I can or my EIC won't be happy.

Now if only we'd get "steam points" for DLC, then we could use the "FFS" achievement to acquire the needed patch even.

There exist tools with which you can unlock achievements in steam as long as you have that specific game on your account.

But not worth the risk in loosing an account for that ...
