It's a shortening of her full name; her bio is in the manual for X Rebirth, along with that of the player character, Ren Otani. While Rebirth isn't unlocking for about another three hours and 15 minutes, you can download the manual now.]

As for romancing her, I doubt there's an option like in a BioWare game. If you do romance her, it'll be as part of the story plot, and not a deliberate player action.

I am sure any flaws can be soon modded, so that your eyes are continually drawn to you right. Come on, X games are already brilliant games, so what happens when you pop a little sex appeal into the mix? Would add spice don't you think?
