I also had a disjointed sleep last night, I kept waking up thinking I was playing X: Rebirth.

There's something about the X series that upon every release makes me very excited (I'm not an excitable person). In fact, I'm a very cynical 38 year old gamer

Roll on mid-day and the X reboot, I can't wait for a fresh start and to find out what Egosoft have in store for us.

Will it be perfect? We'll find out, but Egosoft are leaders in the space sim genre, they have been building, analyzing and refining their universe for 14+ years. That fact alone is enough to put my faith and Euros in the latest product, I'll be leaving my preconceptions at the door as soon as I hit the play button.
