CAG on standby HEEELPPPP

Have mercury trader bought. Have egosoft package installed. Have X3: Albion Prelude latest version.

I set that ****** to Commercial representation. CAG in STANDBY WHOLE TIME!
He has ALL LATEST ship upgrades to the last.

He has homebase set
Station has 5 MILLION credits
Wares is set to black list and nothing in it.
Station had 0 E-cells as primary resource
he is set to buy resources under 80%
E cells are at 0 %
he is set to TRADER and SHOPPER nothing works.
jump distance is 15 sectors as 15 cestors from home base

PLEASE HELP I cant stand this anymore

What are the prices set for ecells in the station? Go to station Administration Console and make sure the prices are average.
