M0???

I just got in and was thinking.. what is an M0...
is it from one of the earlier games or just something
that was put in because it sounds cool.....

The Xenon had an M0, a huge battleship, which you had to help destroy in X-Tension

As far as I know, there isn't such a beastie (yet) in X2

Hi there,

the original MO was a Xenon ship that you had to destroy in the last
mission of XBTF. It had 6 targetable turrets that you had to destroy
before you could start destroying the ship itself.

The ship was also in XT although as some one earlier pointed out that
there was no plot to Xt so it was really in XT for you to decide what
to do with it. I dont think it had the targetable turrets though this time.

There is no Xenon M0 in the game this time.

There is a Khaak M0 in the final mission where you rescue
Kyle Brennan but it doesnt appear in the game after or before
this last mission. Im led to belive it is a khaak M0 as it has a
planet busting laser which no other khaak ship has and all the
other M2's feed laser power into the centre ship.

From all the replies the actual answer should be M0 is the battleship class (as opposed to carrier, destroyer, corvette, heavy fighter, light fighter, scout etc).
