X3 Reunion Factory Placement.

I have recently changed from a Dell PC to an Apple Mac book Pro, due to the death of the Dell, no flowers please. X3 Reunion. But I am having trouble putting my factories exactly where I want them. Can anyone help, me to move the pointer, i.e; the green squares, to my preferred point. How do I get the place point in the first place. There is no manual with the Apple version, I have. Anyone, can you help me PLEASE???????
