While I await my response from CCP about mod permission I figured I'd play a bit. Sorry if its the wrong forum - just thought I would post a render from my attempts to teach my self this stuff ( via online help ofc)

ofc, textures/modles are CCP's - I did retouch them a tad to bring them in line with what they should look like (though a bit of artistic license with the station glass)

next is engine effects and all the x3 specific stuff. Tships scare me. :o
