This game is so broken and the support personnel always intimate it is somehow the customer's own fault. I've been told that my system must be the problem and that the game would work fine on an out-of-the-box PC. Except this thread proves that's not true.

This game is so broken. I've never had a problem with any other game. The support personnel will try to convince you that's not relevant. Of course it's relevant. It proves this game is broken.

You shouldn't have to have a degree in IT to get this game to run. This game is broken. I feel I was cheated out of my money and urge everyone to boycott this company's products in the future.

OMG this forum just gave me some error message and failed to accept my post. EVEN THEIR WEBSITE IS BROKEN.
