Wings Question
Some say they are great, some say they ... are not so great.
From my personal experience, I set up a wing or two (M3s) for my Panther. (I was about to complete my Springblossom wing). It was all fine, until I found an enemy in the sector with asteroid field. . All M3s died flying into asteroids without firing a single shot.
So my question is:
Did I do something wrong or wings and sectors with "life" are not compatible?
Thank you.
PS: that happened long time ago, on my first try at TC... But the experience killed the love for "helping hand" in the game.

Bounce solves most Autopillock problems for fighters
M6 jump one by one instead of jumping together. The only time I would consider putting them on a wing is when another ship (Aran, Kyoto, Valhalla) carries them to the battlefield..
Edit:
another thing to note is that fighters in a wing survive better if they fly closer to each other.. so set your formations to the one that makes them closer to each other (I prefer "X" formation)

Bounce runs on all ships in the sector you are in.. the script checks for enemies.. If none is found within the 10KM range Bounce disables collision detection for fighters..
the most useful feature of Bounce is it will make fighters "bounce" away instead of colliding to the capital ships that they are attacking
