Cannot uninstall X-Universe Plugin Manager

I have v 1.30 installed on my computer from back when I was heavily playing. I was trying to clean out my computer, but I get a:

"You do not have sufficient access to uninstall X-Universe Plugin Manager v 1.30 by Cycrow. Please contact your system administrator"

I've gone through all my user permissions, I'm not aware of a level higher than what I'm already at.

I also had problems. Eventually, I removed it the hard way ("delete" folder).

older versions of the plugin manager, the uninstall didn't work correctly from add/remove programs in Windows 7.

if you run the uninstall manually from the program directory, it should work.
