X3TC-Installed only X3TCU3.2 & X3TCBP4.1.01 ***Modded*** in pilot

I've just started X3TC and installed the above updates.
In my "Pilot" Screen it says ***Modded*** at the bottom.
I thought I'd just installed standard updates.
Might I regret this regarding gameplay?
Should I uninstall everything, delete all traces and start again?
I'd rather do it now if it might be a problem later after hrs/days of gametime.
Or is it inconsequential?

That won't have any affect on your gameplay. It will prevent you from getting any Steam achievements, though, if that means anything. As for how it happened, most likely it's your antivirus program. Window's built-in one is the likely culprit. This is a known issue. The only way to get rid of it is to restart, and make sure the AV is turned off. It only affects your saves, so you wouldn't have to reinstall the game.
