Goner Ranger - How did I miss this one?

Goner Ranger - How did I miss this one?

I've been capping the small ships for a long time. And I just found out about the Goner Ranger. $3 Mil !!! And it usually has low morale. I checked four of them recently, and got 5, 5, 6, and 10, which is LOW. It has only one shield. I can be 200MJ but sometimes it is 25 MJ. The hull is 30k compared to 10k for the Nova, so it goes down slow, and repairs slowly.

You do have to listen them talk. "You deal in death." Stupid. I let them live if they give me their ship. I just delivered two of them to the SY 4 hours into the game, for a tidy $6 Mil.

Has anyone else been capping the Rangers? Anything to report about them?

When I do the Goner Start, I sell the Ranger as soon as possible for quick cash induction... :-)
