Build-Missions at Terran-Stations available?

Can i get Build-Missions (Green-Bricks-Symbol) at Terran-Stations?

E.G.:"Buy a Water Purification Plant (L) in Saturn" ???


Or are those missions for the Terrans disabled? (Vanilla)

(It does help if you say which game you're playing, but I think this is true for TC and AP)

Yep. I zone in between megnir and aldrin until I spawn one. Great for getting quick rep after capping terran ships.
