While I can't read German the translation to English still baffles me. Can anyone explain what this script is for and what it does?

I understand it fix/replaces sat/beacons but the rest of the features doesn't make sense to me.

Would this be a comparable script to an explorer script e.g. fly's to new sector and places sat / beacons then monitors if they need to be fixed or replaced?

With the script you can send a technician to repair damaged and replace destroyed satellites, jump beacons and Laser towers. But you can also send them to build or remove these objects.
