[REQUEST] Seperating Terran and ATF Rep

I'm working on a story and need to separate the rep gain that is shared in Terran space. I want to have good Terran and crappy ATF and I don't want my ATF rep to increase if I do a mission for a Terran.

Any ideas?

Also, I'd like to set the Terrans as enemies of the ATF and vice versa....at least for a little while. I'd take ideas on that as well.
