Am I the only one to think that this guy is a fake and a scam ? Mediafire is not banned in China. Come on, he wants to download everything, showing a strange signature, and asking for download links in my PMs now.

We have already spoken about this issue which is being monitored by Egosoft and officials. Please stop trying to play moderator and report any concerns by PM to an actual Moderator or Site Admin. Carrying on doing this in open forum will just get yourself into trouble.
Someone wanting to download any amount of open public-access 3rd party scripts is not in itself sinister and neither is wanting said scripts mirrored on or from a different host site (for whatever reasons). Authors do not need to rehost anything at all, unless they agree and wish to help.
Badgering the author or others for access after a refusal would be another matter though.
