X3AP CAG Stuck on Idle

So my mercury was stuck on idle and no matter what I did it seemed like nothing was changing it. However, after looking at the messages, he just couldn't withdraw a paycheck. So, he was just sitting idle.

I fixed this by setting the trader setting to global account and voila! He's working again.

Just wanted to post something in case anyone else ran into this problem.
