Stupid Stock Exchange Won't unlock (X3AP)

ok, i pass the requirements of the boron and paranid stock exchanges but they won't unlock even when i dock at them. do i need to do something else for those as well? I'm paranid friend of priest and my trade rank is retailer. so why can't i access the stupid stock exchange! I run Windows 10...

make sure you actually target the Stock Exchange station

Have you built a Factory?.
I remember it not working a few weeks back when i returned to AP
and it turns out i needed to have at least one factory.

I know building a factory was a requirement to get the argon stock exchange but you don't have to do this for the boron to the best of my knowledge the boron only require rank you do however have to dock at the stock exchange once you have the required rank before it will unlock I noticed this in my game even with the required rank the stock exchange stayed locked till I physical docked the ship I was flying at the station wont unlock if you simply dock one of the ships you own it must be the ship you are flying
