[X3AP]Xperimental shuttle plot bug

I cannot complete this mission, I have 100 mines and I go to drop them off, They disappear from my hold and the mission planner thing does not update and the mission does not complete. Fortunately, I have a save before I drop off the mines that I keep reloading and still I can not get it to finish, What do I do?

No mods asides from the bonus pack, Any scripts out there that can just force the mission to complete? I'd really like to progress the story in this game.

I've also noticed the Xperimental shuttle has completely disappeared, I can't find it in sector, or docked to the pirate base, Could that be the issue?

You might need to PM an X3AP plot author such as Ketraar or X2-Illuminatus to ask advice.
