Contol map problem

Ahyone else had control mapping issues with this game?It started out ok but when I loaded up the game earlier the controls had changed and were unusable.Just for clarification I'm using an Xbox wired controller

I have had issues with profiles before in the past getting unset. Reloading them, or unloading them and then reloading has always fixed it before.
