problem with mapping mission -solved

I would also like to report another instance of not been able to repeat the HOL mapping mission.

Completed mapping mission in an earlier game of V4 HOL (after completing the campaign) and got the mission reward.
Repeated mission after loading an earlier save game after completing the campaign, same number of zones found but no reward this time.

So I think we have an undocumented bug. In that it works one way but not the other. Is it because I have already got the achievement for mapping HOL from the first mission success ?

SOLVED, I had not gone through every jump gate in the mission mapping area. These were mapped (appeared in the zone information) but to get the reward you have to use all the jump gates - this is some undocumented bug.
