Hello! Today i registered my X-Superbox here, which i bought on Steam. All games where added, except X3: Reunion.
Prior to this, i had 2 copies of X3: Reunion registered in my profile. Maybe this led to an error. :(

As you can see, on this screenshot from my profile, i have 2 copies of X3:Reunion and other games from my X-Superbox on Steam (all except X3:Reunion, which should've been added too, but didn't). Games from Steam have Steam's icon on the left.

Administrators (i assume only you can help), please help me. I can PM you my steam profile, if it's needed.

Normal registration keys take precedence over Steam registration keys, which are added by connecting your profile. As you already have two X3R keys registered in your profile, connecting your Steam account didn't add an additional one. See also BurnIt!'s reply here.

That's what i thought. Thanks for the reply.
I know that i can remove link from Steam in my profile.

:idea: Is it possible to remove my keys from registered ones on this forum, so i can first link my steam account and then register my physical copies of X3: Reunion to workaround this issue? :roll:

Administrators can remove keys from profiles. Best to ask Xenon_Slayer via PM.

Just be cautious that you don't have a game registration removed and then find that you are prevented from re-registering it because the system considers that it has 'already been activated and used'.

An Egosoft Site Admin/developer such as Xenon_Slayer or CBJ should be able to advise you further.
