X3TC: Why did my ship become slower? - Resolved, ship hull damage.

I'm a newb and have a Buster Raider, I previously upgraded it to 223m/s. Now somehow it has become much slower. The ship info says "Current max speed: 155m/s". However, I have all possible "engine tuning" upgrades and the Boost Extension still installed.

I guess that I lost some kind of upgrade in a fight, but what? Or maybe the ship speed is affected by the amount of cargo it is carrying? I'm confused.
